Dear Membership,
This is notice that SHOA's Annual Membership Meeting will be held on Wednesday the 15th of May, 2024, starting at 7:00 pm. At this meeting, SHOA will be electing its Board of Directors for the coming year. Only active members are allowed to vote and/or run for office.
To be an active member, to include having voting rights and/or running for office at the upcoming Annual Membership Meeting in May of 2024, members must be 18 years or older, have completed 25 games by the eve of the election and attended two (2) General Membership Meetings or have officiated 100 games and attended one (1) General Membership Meeting.
Inquiries into your membership status must be made prior to the Annual Meeting by emailing the Secretary at pforrette@gmail.com. Generally, inquiries cannot be accomplished during the meeting.
A Zoom link will be provided to the SHOA Listserve on the day of the event.
